vintage tin noisemakers - New Year or party rattles, bells, horn, clapper tambourin

Lot of eight vintage tin litho noise makers - these are so cute, though all are rusty or spotted with rust. All work except the horn, maybe I'm just not using it right? The polka dot round rattle has some lines in blue marker, I didn't try to remove it, or clean any of these beyond a wipe with a soft cotton cloth.
